By accessing or using BSI AI at bsi-ai.site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Description

BSI AI is an educational AI platform providing domain-specific AI assistance across Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Aerospace, Mechanical), Computer Science, Medical Science, AI/ML, Research, Programming, and Robotics. The platform uses large language models (LLMs) to generate educational content, code snippets, explanations, and analysis.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use BSI AI.
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental/guardian consent.
  • By using BSI AI, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at bsiwebhelp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BSI AI to:

  • Generate, distribute, or upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary AI models or platform logic.
  • Use BSI AI for making safety-critical engineering or medical decisions without qualified professional review.
  • Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or access controls.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to generate AI queries at scale.
  • Upload private, confidential, or personally identifiable information of third parties without consent.

5. Educational Use & No Professional Advice

BSI AI provides educational content only. AI-generated responses are not a substitute for:

  • Certified professional engineering review or stamped drawings.
  • Licensed medical or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Legal, financial, or safety-critical decision making.

Always consult qualified professionals for real-world applications.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • AI responses may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors.
  • BSI AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
  • You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated outputs before use.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The BSI AI platform, design, and underlying code are the property of Hemanth S Gowda.
  • You retain ownership of queries you submit. You grant BSI AI a license to process your queries to deliver the Service.
  • AI-generated outputs may be used for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes.

8. Usage Limits & Free Tier

  • Guest users are limited to 1 free AI query. Creating a free account unlocks expanded access.
  • We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time.
  • Abuse of the free tier may result in account suspension.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BSI AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BSI AI at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of BSI AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
